What the in the bloody blue hell has happened to 24? What? Is this the show with unrepentant bloody mayhem and questionable morality, or is it the newest nighttime soap opera? Or as my sister said to me in chat:

Sis: Is this Grey's Anatomy or 24?

Review: Magic Under Glass...

Yesterday, I read Jacqlyn Dolamore's YA novel Magic Under Glass. It's a steampunk-lite story that reads like the first novel in a series, which is my main criticism of it. Dolamore gives readers a compelling heroine in a classic gothic tale, but because of the short length of the novel, the world of the novel is a bit lacking in depth and nuance.
