Pokes Head Up...

Been a bit quiet lately as I'm with the family this week. The drive was smooth in terms of traffic, but I slept worse than poorly before the drive, so I felt beaten flat all day Sunday. Other than that, it has been a mostly relaxing week, which I think I very much needed after all the stress at work. I've been sleeping well, even though I'm sleeping on the uncomfortable sofa. I've had good Italian eats and some of my favorite candies from a local candy shop.

We had some severe storms and horrible heat/humidity when I got in, but now it's cool and overcast and breezy.

I have found reason to love NBC, who is re-airing Grimm episodes so that the wait until the fall premiere is not so cruel. What's even better is that they showed the pilot on Monday and the episode they aired on Tuesday was one of the two eps I missed. It was the "Three Coins in a Fucshbau" episode. Really quite good. If ABC was wonderful like that, they'd re-air Once Upon a Time for me too. *makes puppyeyes at the powers that be*
