I am soooooo tired today. The wee hound kept me up for a looooooooong time. In bed. Out of bed. Bark to get me up and put her back in, even though she can jump in perfectly well on her own. Pacing on the bed. Mining at the blankets. Mining at me. Lying on me. Lying next to me. Meh.
It didn't help that I biked for so long and my legs really hurt. I took some Motrin before bed, but clearly that wasn't enough to see me through the entire evening. I planned on getting back to it tonight, but I thik that tomorrow is soon enough. My knees agree with that assessment. However, I suppose the workout did help in one way: I should have been way more tired today than I was. The little kick of energy had to have come from the bikng.
The general state of tired didn't stop me from reading a few more chapters of MOONGLOW (the FIRELIGHT sequel). I quite like the Ellis sisters who are the heroines in the first two books. The alpha males who are smitten with them are also delicious. The things that appeal most is that the characters are all smart, capable, strong. I dig that.
Since I've been staring at this post for about 40 minutes and not adding a thing to it, I suppose that should be a signal to get my tired ass to bed.
