2016 Snowflake Challenge - Day 1

Fandom Snowflake Challenge banner

Day 01

In your own space, talk about why you are doing the Fandom Snowflake Challenge? What drew you to it as a participant? What do you hope to accomplish by doing these challenges? Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

Last year was the first time I participated in the Snowflake Challenge. I did it because I saw people on my flist participating and because it looked like fun. However, I also did it because I hadn’t been posting much in 2014, and I was looking to get back to it in 2015.

This year, I suppose the same reasons apply. Participating was fun, and it got me into a posting routine. Ummm, I wish I could say that I kept up that routine all year. I didn’t. Although I did start up again in October. It was nice meeting other folks who were also participating in the challenge and finding out more about them. It was also nice to check out fanworks we produced.

It was my first year last year as well, and much for the same reasons. :)

Cool! I participated for the first time in 2014 but skipped it last year. So this year it's definitely time to do it again:) And your entry reminded me about it again.

It's my first year doing the challenge formally. I look forward to seeing you about the place. :D

I met you doing the challenge last year and I was very excited to add a new friend to my flist. I'm doing it again, but will probably run behind - I usually do.

*waves*

A posting routine would be grand. I hope I can stick to it as well as you've been doing. ;)
