Anthony Bourdain - he's cranky and opinionated and sometimes rude, but he's also (imho) funny and brilliant, and loves what he does to the point where he's willing to occasionally let random people tattoo him to commemorate an adventure. Which I dig.
I wouldn't refuse a day out with Andrew Zimmern or Adam Richman, either. :)
