Saturdays should be days of fun and frolic. Of shedding the burdens of the workweek and just having some damned fun. That's why waking up achy and crampy and more than a little miserable is so unfair. If I'm going to be miserable, I'd rather take it out on my coworkers and not have it cut into my free time.

Instead of doing lots of things that I had planned I did things that required little effort. I spent more time working on my side-loaded Nook content. I poked around in some new comms and uploaded some new icons. I cleaned purged LJ's from my flist and got rid of some comms that were either dead or not things I was terribly interested in anymore. I guess it was fannish spring cleaning day.

I feel like I should have done more, but considering all I wanted to do was curl up in a ball of hormonal misery, I guess I didn't do too bad.

There are days as such and it is a pity that they often fall on the free times as well. However, just let it be and make the best out of the situation, dear.

Sounds as though you made much the best of a rotten situation. *hugs*

I figured I might as well get something done. And honestly, it has been a frightfully long time since I updated profiley things on LJ.

So I guess it was all for the best.
