A Random Post of Randomness

For some reason, I slept poorly last night. Kept waking up, not in an stressed or anxious way like during the work week. Not sure what was up with that, only that it was vexing. Even more vexing was waking with a migraine late in the morning. So late it was almost afternoon. That meant medicating and lying back down. When I woke up again, the pain was gone, but I've felt a bit off all day.

However, I was not off enough to miss picking up a copy of the second Holmes movie. I desperately wanted to see Prometheus again, but the 3D times just didn't work with my late, late start to the day. Perhaps that's a tomorrow thing.

I did some fandom last night and today, uploading a whack of fic to the AO3 and completing a graphics challenge at the landcomm I'm participating in. I'm so NOT a wiz with graphics, so I hope that my "pick me up" art for my recipient really does pick her up and not have her shrinking in horror from it. Most of the people who have already posted made lovely collages with color and lighting effects. I'm afraid mine is so much more basic.

Have any of the office supply junkies on my flist see the Martha Stewart stacking organizational thingies at Staples? If so, what are your thoughts? I swing between COOL and MEH pretty regularly about them, and I'm wondering if I'm the only person who feels that way. If you actually have some, which ones, and do you like them?

Sounds like you got things done, which is always good... I tend to shy away from anything Martha Stewart just because I'm sort of the anti-Martha-Stewart in terms of my housekeeping and organizational skills... but that doesn't mean some of her stuff isn't OK.

I'm not a big Martha groupie, but I kind of like the organizing drawers. I shall ponder as my coupons last until the end fo the month.

*scuffs toes* I actually didn't write anything new. It's more that I'm perpetually bad about cross posting fics from here. So I uploaded a bunch of stuff from my list here to the AO3.

The Avengers fic I posted was the first thing I've written since Yuletide. Am a bad fangirl lately.
