Candy Clothes and Computer Catastrophe (Hopefully Averted)...

Phew. Today was a day. Work was crazy busy. As much as I got done yesterday, today I was getting pulled from problem to problem. I still got things done, but not the bigger picture stuff. I was slogging through the details. All. Day. Long. Add that to the fact that Mom seemed to have a major anxiety attach at the hospital today while gettting her blood transfusion.

Came home all kinds of tired.

Was the night better? Well, it was okay until I knocked a soda over on the table next to the computer. A bit hit the keyboard. Most pooled under it. So I turned it off, put it on its side to drain. I had to clean the table. It did rest about 40 minutes later. I just hope it keeps chuggling along.

Did I mention I'm glad it's almost Friday.

The only thing that was fun today was the candy challenge on Project Runway. I love the unconventional challenges on the show, and clothes made of candy are happymaking and cool. Oh, that wasn't the only thing. Also fun was snagging ebooks of some spec fiction magazines for my Nook and finding places to subscribe to them was of the good.

Also of the good...slipping into bed with a sweet little hound. Which will be happening very, very soon.

I spilled soup in my keyboard last week. thankfully, it was only a little bit. Thankfully, it came out relatively easily.

Hopefully your computer also comes out okay.
