It is FRIDAY! OMG! YAY! FRIDAY!!! Yes, I have had one of those weeks, why do you ask? Honestly, it wasn't the grind some have been, but I've been juggling so many balls my arms are sore and my wrists ache, and I just need a long soak in the deep, deep tub. For some mysterious reason, most things were way harder and more complicated than they should have been.

Bad week, away with you!

So what should I do with the weekend ahead? What are y'all doing?

Napping, finishing my last story for the story swap (I HOPE!), writing some other smutty things (I HOPE), and enjoying not having any school work to do, since the semester is finally over! It was a crazy week at work and I am probably going to end up doing more napping than is good for me. Oh, and I am behind on my self-inflicted drawing lessons, too.

I need to get my ass moving on my fic. I have it in my task management program, and I want badly to be able to check the little box that says COMPLETE.

Yes, ticky boxes give me joy.

Well, I am enduring various travel hassles, which are continuing to multiply in the manner of really horny plot bunnies in the middle of exam week. So I don't think you should emulate my weekend strategy, lol. Instead, I urge you to take a weekend and (re?)read Sarah Monette's Doctrine of Labyrinths, mainly because I feel that quadrology does not get enough love.

But if you don't do that, you should:

1. consume "chocolate" in the form of very good fic
2. brush the wee hound an inordinate number of times
3. review your Amazon recommendation just to see the weird crap they come up with

I know. My entertainment suggestions are lame. Oops.

*hugs* Travel is ALWAYS a hassle. Always more stressful than it should or needs to be. Meh.

I've actually not made it all the way through Monette's series, but I have e-versions on my Nook because I do want to have a read through of them.

I like your suggestions. Can I click the "I'm feeling lucky" button on Google instead?
