Been a bit absent the last few days. This work week is as bad as last weelk, possibly worse, since I'm already worn down from last week. I'm just...wasted. Wasted and unable to get any sort of restful sleep. I'm having crushing insomnia. Watking up over and over and not able to get back to sleep.

Will try to catch up in the next few days. With sleep. With LJ. With y'all.

Maybe you need some prescription sleep medication, just to get you back into a proper sleep pattern?

I'm reluctant to try them. I guess I want to sleep, but not too soundly. If things aren't better this week when my teammate is back, I might start taking the melatonin again. That seemed to help a bit before.
