Ah, weekend, you were here and then gone so quickly. Too quickly. I’m grateful that before you left, you gave me sleep and rest. I”m grateful I don’t feel like I’m going to explode out of my skin from stress. It has been a nice fling we’ve had. Here’s my number. Call me again in a few days, hmm?

In addition to my restful weekend, I’m starting to get the OMG! IT’S NEARLY DRAGON*CON! buzz going on. I have the D*C app on my iPhone. I’m trying to put together my schedule. Do I see Billy Boyd, Craig, and JRD twice or just once? How do I choose between two things I want to see that are happening at the same time? OMG! I have no time scheduled in to eat. Or shop.

I’m hoping that the weather doesn’t keep people from getting into town, but it looks like Isaac is heading further west, so we’re likely to only get wind/rain. However, we all know that disruptions to airline schedules have a ripple effect through the grid. Glad I’m not flying in for this one.

Tomorrow is Grimm!Day, and what could be bad about that? Nothing, that’s what. Happy Grimm Eve to all. ^_^

I have some friends from my writing group going to D*C. If you see a group dressed as Muppet Babies, that's the bunch. :) (As if you'll be able to magically see them in the crowds. LOL)

*crosses fingers* Here's hoping the weather has little to no impact.

Awww. I didn't see them, though with all the people around... My friend runs the Writers Track at the con, so I hang out there when I can. It's right across the hall from where the dark fantasy track is, so I'm sometimes popping back and forth between the rooms.

This year, I wanted to go to a bit more actor programming. It's so hard, because there's always so much more to do than I can manage.

I haven't heard anything yet, other than the "ugh, I have to return to the real world now" reports from those who went. LOL, not that you can relate, right? :)

It sounds like there's always so much to do and so little time to do it all.
