Well, after a weekend of rest and rest and more rest, I've bounced back from the con. Mostly. I have a mild case of concrud, not enough to stop me dead in my tracks, but enough to be annoying and a drain on my overall energy level. Bah.
However, I managed to get chores done this weekend. Go me. I watched football, played computer games, kept writing up DragonCon reports (and no, I'm not done with them yet). I'm about 90% caught up on comments. I don't know why keeping up with them has been so hard these last few months. Probably because I've fallen into the pattern of falling behind, spending a lot of time catching up, and then feeling like I need a break from them, which results in the same pattern repeating over and over again. I need to break that circle.
The new pics of the Dwarves that have been surfacing lately are quite delightful. Not sure if it's post-con squee or the fact that we're only about 3 months away, but I'm getting very, very, very excited. I want to have my PJ film now! Which reminds me that I should probably request that day off so I can simply savor the goodness a time (or two or three).

Then again, since most people I talk to don't even know who Richard Armitage is...maybe I'm expecting too much to think Aidan Turner and Richard Armitage would be the breakout, Orlando and Viggo of this trilogy...

*chuckles*
Take some time off, you are working so hard, you really deserve it.
