Dear Haven,

How I've missed you! It has been too long without new Nathan/Duke action, and you are CRUEL for keeping that from me for, lo, these many long months.

Thank you for having the boys tussle and then have to work together to try and find Audrey. Thank you for scenes where they are all at-odds and others where they have to trust each other and share intimacies. It makes my inner slasher purr with delight. I liked that Nathan confessed to Duke that he can feel Audrey, and I loved how Duke handled UFO-boy when they arrived at the inn to investigate.

About UFO-boy, I'm not sure how I feel about that particular Trouble and how it was resolved. It seemed like it didn't just jump the shark, it jumped a whole lagoon filled with starved great whites. While it could have gone really, really wrong, it only made me go WTF instead of "Oh, hell no," so that's a good thing.

I'm sad that Vince and Dave have been at odds. They are the couple who should not be split up, and I'm glad they seem to be pulling together in the face of the new threat: the guy looking for The Colorado Kid. Speaking of The Kid, the moment where they exhume his body only to find no body and a message from the Audrey-that-Was inside was very cool.

I'm glad you're back and that the mysteries are still strong even after everything that has already been revealed.

Much love,
Me

IT IS!!! I'm not sure how I feel about this season. I mean I like how the mythology is developing, but the troubled people in the first two eps seemed a bit...over the top compared to last season.
