Ouch...

I worked out today with some light weights. Upper body stuff only. I only stuck at it for about 15 minutes, doing various things in repetitions of 20. It was enough for me to feel it in muscles. Then I biked for about 40 minutes while I watched SG-1 ("The Children of the Gods" pilot).

After that was grocery shopping and hauling the groceries in from the car and upstairs.

Now I need to spend some time grading, but I'm getting all kinds of achy. So I just took some ibuprofin and am going to take a nice long hot shower. And then, unless I can convince the dog to give me a massage, I suppose I'll start in on those papers.
