Today was movie madness day for Barb, a lovely doubleheader of Flightplan and Corpse Bride. While I can honestly say that I didn't leave the theatre feeling cheated, I did leave feeling vaguely disappointed as I thought, "Well, at least next week is Serenity and History of Violence.

While I can't say that I disliked either of these films, I also can't say that they satisfied like I'd hoped. However, Corpse Bride had a preview for Goblet of Fire, and I nearly perished of the glee. November 18 seems a long way away.
You know if this told me that I was Shannon instead of someone I adored, I would have had to kill myself.

"Dude, I know how this works. This is gonna end with you and me running through the jungle, screaming and crying. He catches me first because I'm heavy and I get cramps."

Dude, you are Hurley. You are a kind soul with some terrible luck. While you're always lending a helping hand, you're not exactly the bravest guy on the island. What you do is even more important - keep people entertained. The only problem you've got is that whole jinxed numbers thing. You're so secretive, no one on the island even knows that you're a multimillionaire! Let it out, dude. There's no use trying to keep it all bottled up inside, man.
