Last night, I have to confess that I felt like a proper idiot while I was rolling pinning my thigh. It hurt bad enough that I figured that even kooky advice could only be an improvement. For the record, I used one of those smaller pastry rolling pins, not the more traditional kind. You know what? This morning, my quad was only slightly stiff. Right now, it doesn't hurt at all. So the rolling pins can help with tightened up quads is true. I think I'll do a circuit set tomorrow in order to get ready for Monday night's romp through fitness hell. *g*

Ripley is definitely a morning traveller. No, she doesn't particularly want to get out of bed if she is warm and comfy, but she does like to relocate. Normally, she sleeps at the foot of the bed on the side I'm not sleeping on. Sometimes, she'll move in and rest against my leg, but not always. However, in the morning, she's ready to move. On Friday, I woke before the alarm and rolled over onto my back. It wasn't long until she walked up the bed, jumped onto my chest, walked down my body, and nested in the valley between my legs. Usually, she'll just migrate to the pillows next to me and nest...well...in my armpit (since I'll have one arm tucked behind my head) with her head resting on my chest.

Stopped by the Goodwill store and got some books today. I got one on witch tales from myth and legend and another on sacred places of the world. I also got some computer games, since my subscription site had an irresistable sale: buy one Collectors Editon game (which has goodies like concept art and a soundtrack, an integrated strategy guide, and bonus gameplay), get one free. So I stocked up. Now, I'll need to go to Starbucks for downloading the 4 GB of games. Since I think they'd make my wee MiFi start smoking. Luckily, there is a Starbucks very close. Wow. Those are words I never imagined myself saying.

Tomorrow is Do The Damned Taxs Already Day. Thanki goodness it's also Winter Is Coming To Westeros Day and Regina Must Not Win Day. Gotta have some pleasure to compensate for the pain.
