I went to Barnes and Noble at lunchtime and ran into a woman from work. She was ahead of me in the checkout line. I was getting Royal Street, an urban fantasy set during Hurricane Katrina, and she was getting the second 50 Shades of Grey book. My coworkers make me weep sometimes. They really do. I want to shake them all and tell them there is far better, hotter smut to be had. *weeps*
When I got home, I dove into reviews and clips from Prometheus, and despite usually consulting him on film reviews, Roger Ebert had HUGE spoilers in his review. I was NOT impressed. I wish it was tomorrow morning already so that I could be rested from sleeping in and getting ready to head to the movie theatre.
slyspider thinks I should stay in and get caught up on True Blood before it premieres tomorrow night. However, HBO will re-air it. Plenty of times. And I've been waiting for Prometheus for a long time. Hell, I even considered going to a midnight show last night. That's how much I want to see it.
All day at work today, I had images of Natasha pegging Loki running through my head. It was very distracting. And yummy.
