So by now we're likely all seen...THE PICTURE (and the first fics based on it). And if you haven't, let me hook you up.

Thoughts???

i found it interesting that sean (his character, of course) as a transsexual is playing/portraying the type of woman he's notorious for being attracted TO (as himself). so i wonder what insights he has about how such a being should carry herself.

i probably won't get to see it for a long time (wrong side of the pond) so that's just one more reason to hang out here.

That's an interesting point about being the sort he's attracted to. I probably won't see it for some time either for the same reason. *sigh*

There are so many things I hate about the outfit (and the red one), but at least he pulls the whole look off well. I'm still in the speechless/utterly confused as to what I think about it state. And really, [livejournal.com profile] brodeurbunny30 (who has a background in fashion and design) pointed out, a lot of what they've gone for is conscious choices that accentuate certain things and mask others, like, say, giant jewellery to distract from the Adam's apple.

Good point about the costuming choices. Still...I don't mind BIG jewelry (as you know). How about some that's a bit nicer?

I think he looks fabulous - and hot in these 'smile for the camera' shots. But I'm also quite sure that once I meet 'Tracie' in role, I will smile and cry - which is what most Jimmy McGovern stuff makes me do.

I hope I can get my hands on it at some point when it works its way over here...or when it hits the Web.

You ask for thoughts??? How CAN one think when faced with such out-and-out sexiness.

The mind is conjecturing (different thing altogether!!! ahem erm, ahem) like crazy.. but adoration does wave his banner high and bravely. Yes, ADORES a Glorious Beantart. Yummy.

Send him over to Liverpool and we hit the clubs. I am sure the lads will fondle him kindly.

He looks stunning, really hot and gorgeous. Wonder if Viggo and he have played role games like that before. Yummy, just to think of.

LOVE IT!!!!!

Oh, so nice to think they might have. Those are the plot bunnies chasing around in my head at the moment. ^_^

Quite understandable. Hmm, I wonder what Harry would make of this if he knew. Completely new perspectives now. Interesting.

I am so envious of his legs and wish I could see the shoes!

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] liars_dance that the role is likely to be heartbreaking, judging by Jimmy McGovern's other work.

I was also wondering about the shoes. Gotta see the whole ensemble after all.

I'm eager to hear what folks think of it once they've seen it.

I'll be very interested to see this for a lot of reasons. Jimmy McGovern's work is usually direct and well written, but not necessarily very cheerful.

Mmmm. Sounds like I'd probably enjoy it, since that's about what appeals to me most. I'll be very interested to hear what you think of it, sicne I'm sure it'll be a bit of a wait for me.

I have only one thought: THE LEGS!!! *is jealous* LOL
